Over the years we've worked across agencies, in-house teams and large corporations - running campaigns, building websites, leading marketing technology and sitting in rooms where real business decisions get made.
That breadth gave us something most agencies simply don't have. Not just technical skills and knowledge but the ability to see a business clearly. To understand what's actually driving it, what's holding it back, and what's worth fixing first.
But it also showed us something that kept coming up, everywhere we worked. Business owners rarely understood their marketing. Agencies rarely understood the business. Both sides were speaking different languages, and the work suffered for it. Budgets were spent, reports were made, and nobody could honestly say whether any of it moved the needle.

Today we're a small, senior team based in Serbia, working with clients across Europe.
